For platinum-level buyers, you will receive complete concierge services for flights, hotels, transfers and meeting assistance. All of our Hosted Buyers will be able to access the meeting planning system - our Online Matchmaker, and take advantage of all the Benefits of the service. How Suppliers will be Matched to BuyersOnce buyers have accepted the invitation and have passed the selection criteria, they will be entered into our online Matchmaker programme, in order for manufacturers and suppliers to match their services to the buyers purchasing profile. The matchmaker programme will detail name, job title, company, country, and product areas of interest, and exhibitors in the programme will make their meeting requests from this list. Hosted Buyers will need to commit to a minimum of 6 meetings (maximum of 8) at the exhibitions, and will be provided a pack with details of their schedule, including confirmed meetings, in advance of their attendance. Exhibitors can click on thte schedule of each buyer, select a free time slot and request an appointment. An appointment notification email will be sent to the chosen buyer to accept or decline (within reason). The system will generate a complete timetable of meetings for every hosted buyer and participating exhibitor. How Suppliers Can ParticipateSuppliers will need to exhibit at one of the CMP November porfolio of trade events. Exhibitors will be allocated to the programme in waves, on a first-come first-served basis. The first wave of suppliers will be open to 15 companies per exhibition (45 in total). They will be able to select, in priority order, up to 8 meetings from the selection list. Selections will operate on a first-booked, first-served basis.
